You can use Lebara Mobile when you are abroad. You can sign up for international roaming on "MyLebara", you only need to sign up for PBS agreement. The ekspedition time for approval of payment services is 4-6 weeks.
The service fee is 49 kr.
To give you an overview of your usage abroad, you get a separate invoice via the payment agreement you signed.
Lebara Mobile uses Telenors' rates for international roaming.
When you use your mobile phone abroad, you are using one of the local mobile operators, which Telenor has an agreement with. In those countries, where Telenore has more than one agreement, you can choose which operator you want to use. When you are abroad, you will see the name of the foreign operator on the display of your phone. You can read how to set up your phone in your phones manual.
The rates to call when you are abroad depend on the operator you choose, and you should also remember that you pay for receiving the calls, and for receiving messages on your voicemail.
When you receive call abroad, you pay the international part of the conversation. That means from Denmark to the country that you are in. The person calling you pays normal rate for calling Denmark.

When you forward your calls to voicemail when you are abroad, you should remember that you also pay when someone lives a message on your voicemail. You pay both for receiving a call as well as for calling Denmark, as the call is forwarded to your voicemail in Denmark. Lebara Mobile recommends you to turn off forwarding to voicemail when going abroad, unless it is really neccessary.
Lebara Mobile approves the roaming agreement after validation of your credit rating. In able to validate, the person applying for roaming needs to be 18 years old and be registered on a Danish address. Lebara Mobile reserves the right to reject roaming application because of credit rating.
